Prior Lake Athletics for Youth

These sessions will be in preparation for girls evaluations and tryouts.

Cost: $100

Savage Sports Center (aka Savage Dome):

• April 9 from 7:00-8:00 pm
• April 11 from 8:00-9:00 pm
• April 14 from 2:00-3:00 pm
• April 16 from 7:00-8:00 pm
• April 17 from 8:00-9:00 pm
• April 18 from 7:00-8:00 pm

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Prior Lake Athletics for Youth will appear on your account.

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  Visit https: //www.uslacrosse.org/ and select "Join" to register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  Visit https: //www.uslacrosse.org/ and select "Log In" for the Member Number lookup option.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
