Welcome to the 2024 Spring/Summer Coaching Application with P.L.A.Y. Sports.
Please make sure you register here if you are interested in coaching this Spring or Summer. Even if you stated you wanted to coach on the Player Registration, this application is the official registration for coaching.
Coaching Requirements:
* Positive Coaching meeting (date TBA - for all Travel coaches and 2nd-9th grade In-House Coaches) - once per rolling calendar year
* Concussion Quiz - once every two years
* Background Check - once every two years
* APS Training (Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Act) - once every two years
Each of the above is required to coach within P.L.A.Y. Coaches who do not meet all requirements may not be allowed to coach. You may also need to complete an interview with sport leadership (depending on the sport).
Registering to coach does not guarantee placement as a coach. Any questions about coach selection or coaching requirements should go to the Director of the specific sport program.
